ACF SPAIN as a part of the ACF International Network (ACF IN), is an international organization that try to save lives by eliminating hunger through the prevention, detection, and treatment of malnutrition, especially during and after emergency situations of conflict, war and natural disaster, acting in three areas: nutrition and health, food security and water and sanitation.

ACF SPAIN is looking for a Logistic Coordinator to give support and expertise to the whole mission in terms of logistics, and set up together with Head of Mission, Admin Tbilisi and Head of Bases a strategy for improvement of logistics procedures and log HR.

Objectives:

- To improve the coordination of logistics mission level
- Determine the needs in terms of log coordination and mission logistics in general
- Coordination, management and supervision of base logisticians
- Monitoring and evaluation of local logistics staff
- To carry out training evaluation of the staff
- Supervision of the implementation of the Kit Log in all of the bases
- To Train local logistics staff
- To standardize all procedures in whole mission
- To give support to the proposal making and emergency preparedness in the mission

Profile

- Strong experience as log coordinator
- Experience in staff management, programme follow up, evaluation
- Training skills
- To be well organized and rigorous
- Team spirit and good communication qualities
- Patience with national staff
- Humanitarian field experience requested, especially in development programs
- English
- Russian: an advantage

Remunerative Package:

1. Immediate incorporation in a dynamic and growing organization with recognized professional reputation and international projection.

3. Formal contract of work.
4. Retribution: 17700 Euros gross per annum ( 1478€ gross) + Extra according to the experience (aprox: 200€ gross month)
5. Travel costs to and from the mission
6. Accommodation and maintenance
7. Per Diems
8. 25 working days of holidays per year
9. Breaks (including travel cost to the reference zone, and 200 Euros to pass the week of break)
10. Travel and accident insurance and repatriation on account of the organization.
11. Extra per month and per child- Under 18 years old (range between: 168 € - 269 € gross month)

Short listed candidates will have face to face interviews to be held in Madrid. Travel costs are initially on account of candidates, they will be reimbursed just in case of successful applications.
