In the bottom of the reservoir lies a village. Upon construction of the dam, the people were forced to Soviet housing. Nowadays in spring the reservoir is empty and people walk down to the church. Here's a bird's view.

From Tsalka town to the Tsalka railway station takes one hour by foot. To get there, we were told to take the railway. The light comes from a warehouse, the station is behind us.More pictures here.
