The Video-Maker lives in a village in the country of Georgia and this is my host family cleaning the inside of the 1000L clay wine container that is buried in the ground.

BLOG: Puri - Article And Great Photos About Making Georgian Bread (the-laundromat.com)
So. About that bread. As I've been telling everyone, I'd planned on learning how to make Georgian bread while I'm down here. Wander into a bakery, ask them to teach me. I'd been hesitant to do it so far, but found the perfect breadman in Telavi, two hours east of Tbilisi.
Yabob the breadmaker let me come into his little shop when I asked if I could take photos. He didn't speak much Russian, and for the most part ignored me while I snapped away for almost two hours.
