Lincoln Mitchell is an Associate at Columbia University's Harriman Institute. During the Rose Revolution of 2003, he was based in Tbilisi as a director of National Democratic Institute (NDI) in Georgia.

Lincoln Mitchell is an informal adviser to the opposition leader Bidzina Ivanishvili. In this interview with MZERA.TV he speaks about the outcome of 2012 parliamentary elections.
