Auch der Grand Prix erfahrene Jan Feddersen sprach das anstehende Wettsingen mehrerer Teilnehmer aus dem Kaukasus an. Darunter wird vor allem Aserbaidschan mit Safura bei den Buchmachern ähnlich hoch gepokert wie die deutsche Kandidatin. Sie gilt als die ärgste Konkurrentin für Lena Meyer-Landrut. Die Wettbüros erwarten somit einen Zweikampf von Safura mit Lena.
