In 1915 there was no country called Turkey. Turkey was founded 1923. In 1915 it was the Ottoman Empire. The army of the Ottoman Empire in that years was under the commandment of the German General Liman von Sanders. Most offizer where germans. So if this was a genocid, it was led by german soldiers, not Turkish
