Basic of Art Photography
The International Imagemakers Association and artist photographer Irma Sharikadze offer 1 day and 3 week master classes for beginners and amateur photographers, the first in Georgia.

Classes include both theory and practical lessons.

Themes of 1 day master class:

Theoretical part lasts for 2 hours and includes
* planning, organizing and controlling a photo session
* working with make up persons and stylists
* choosing images
* lighting the studio

Master class deadline: 28 February

1 day master class costs 100 USD equivalent in GEL.

The date will be appointed after agreement

A maximum of 14 persons can participate in each class


The theme of 3 weeks master class

The principles of photography

1. Composition of photos, perspectives and profundity of the picture.
2. The meaning of colors and (half) tones.
3. The art of the planned photo-photo aesthetic.
4. Black and white photography, portrait.
5. Shooting in studios and working with natural light.
6. Planning, organizing and controlling a photo session.
7. Working with make up persons and stylists.
8. Creation and ideas, reviewing photographic advertising.
9. Fashion and photography.
10. Creations of popular photographers.
11. The treatment of photos with computer, Photoshop.
12. How to find your own style.

The master classes last for 3 weeks and lessons are held 3 times a week , on Mondays , Wednesdays, and Sundays. The lessons are from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm (the lectures last for 2 hours).

A master class consists of:

1. 12 hours for lectures (auditorium work and slide shows)
2. 18 hours for practical work (shooting in a studio, working with model for two days and one day for composition, working with landscape)

After completing the Master Classes participants will be awarded International Imagemakers Association certificates and Irma Sarikadze’s international level certificate.

After completing the Master Classes the exhibition of the best pictures will be organized.
