SOVIET TBILISI: In 2011 Soviet Past Research Laboratory is working on the project “Soviet Tbilisi” (sovlab.ge/en)

A new virtual tour – Soviet Tbilisi – will be developed within the project. The tour will include up to 20 architectural sites, places or events connected with the history of Soviet Tbilisi depicting Soviet lifestyle. The tour will also be placed on the web-site of Soviet Past Research Laboratory.

The publication “Red Terror Topography” will be issued within the scope of the project. Essays of Georgian authors purposefully written for this collection will be included in the publication.

The project is funded by the Institute of International Cooperation of German Public Universities Association (DVV International).
