This issue of the Russian Analytical Digest examines the energy dimension of Russia’s foreign policy. Specifically, it considers Russia’s energy relations with Azerbaijan, its role in the Karabakh conflict and relations with Kazakhstan in the context of energy transportation and military cooperation with NATO. Further, it considers the international context of energy relations between Russia and Turkmenistan.
