Of course it's all the fault of the U.S.A.?!? According to yet another deranged elder statesman. Gorbachev, Mandela, Carter all of them fail miserably in terms of logic and humanitarian goodwill. They can't seem to get out of their time-capsules, ideologies and mentalities.
